The cajón’s body is built from high-quality 10.5 mm thick sycamore plywood (Platanus Hispanica), which provides a richer sound compared to traditional birch plywood. This wood features a beautiful grain similar to birch but with a warmer, toasted tone. It comes from Spanish plantations and is certified with denomination of origin.
The front plate is made of 3.2 mm calibrated natural birch, finished with multiple coats of satin varnish, enhancing both its look and durability.
