The new Katho Percusión flamenco cajón, Walnut Custom model, is a professional instrument with a modern and beautiful aesthetic featuring a front plate made of walnut wood and a backplate made of red gun wood with direct printing. Gritty highs and deep, dry bass. The structure of this cajón is assembled with high-quality shadow banana plywood (Plátanos Hispánica) with a thickness of 10mm, giving it a better sound compared to traditional birch. This wood has a beautiful grain almost the same as birch but with a more toasted color. Sourced from a Spanish plantation with designation of origin. It has a beautiful 3.2mm calibrated birch front plate with a printed walnut stripe design. Ergonomic shape with "bevel" on the upper front corners, providing greater comfort when playing and a modern aesthetic. 4 strings mounted in a "V" shape with an external tuning system using tuning pegs. Katho's special anti-harmonics system. This cajón has direct printing on the wood on both the front plate and the backplate with a special varnish so it never loses its original color. The name of the Walnut Custom model is laser-engraved on its sides.
