WARRANTY
The material sold by Sans Luthier has a guarantee period of one year. Damage, breakage and/or malfunction of those articles and products that have been subjected to irregular or improper use are excluded from this guarantee.
To make any claim, it is essential to keep the purchase invoice in order to access the guarantee. If the shipment is made by the company contracted by Sans Luthier, in the event of a claim, it must be made within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt. Sans Luthier will respond to the material as it is fully insured.
SHIPPING METHODS AND DEADLINES
Shipping fee:
The cost of shipping will be a fixed amount of €12 (VAT included) for shipments to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
For our customers in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the European Union and the rest of the world, the costs depend on the weight of the items and the transport rate is indicated during the purchase process.
Order delivery terms:
Shipments will normally be made by courier, with a delivery period between 24 and 48 hours (national shipments to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands), depending on the delivery area. This period may be longer for international shipments, depending on the country of destination. When you place an order, you will receive a summary of it by e-mail. At the time we process the order (usually within the day) you will receive a new email from the sales department, confirming the availability of the items you want to buy and other useful information regarding the items ordered. In any case and at all times, the delivery time depends on the availability of the item in our stock.
Returns:
Returns of material that has left our warehouse in perfect condition will not be accepted, unless previously agreed with our commercial department.
In case of return, confirm by phone.
Merchandise sent postage due by another company other than the one that Sans Luthier has contracted will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Collections are made through the secure REDSYS system. We do not charge any additional fees for card payments.
2) Payment by bank transfer:
This is the standard payment method that we apply automatically if you have not decided on a particular one.
